1. HOW TO ENTER:

   Complete official entry form available at www.gen-max.com (the "Sweepstakes Site") and click on "Submit".

   ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON OCTOBER 12, 2008.

   Each time you enter you will be automatically entered in the Weekly Prize drawing for that week. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a week begins at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on Monday and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on the immediately following Sunday. No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Each entry must be submitted by one person. Limit: one entry per person and email address per week. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry is submitted will be deemed to be the entrant. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Submitted entries may not include any viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses, or other forms of corruptive code or content that may harm or compromise the Sweepstakes Site and/or the proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

2. SELECTION OF WINNERS:

   One (1) Weekly Prize winner will be selected each week of the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received during that week in a random drawing to be conducted approximately 3 business days following the end of that week. All drawings will be conducted by Ventura Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail.

3. PRIZES:

   Twenty-eight (28) Weekly Prizes: An iPod® Shuffle™. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $52.75 each. Total ARV of all prizes $1,477. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received during each week. All prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries). Limit one prize per family or household. Sponsor reserves right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of prize winners.

4. ELIGIBILITY:

   Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions), at least thirteen (13) but not more than eighteen (18) years old as of March 31, 2008, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.

5. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES:

   Potential Weekly Prize winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Prize may be forfeited and awarded to alternate winner if affidavit/release is not returned within fourteen (14) days after mailing to winner, if prize notification e-mail is undeliverable, if entrant does not respond to prize notification e-mail within 3 days after the date of the e-mail, or if prize is returned as undeliverable. If prize is won by a minor, it may be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian. Winners agree to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law, any such use with respect to a minor to be subject to prior approval of parent or legal guardian.

6. GENERAL:

   This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor and judges not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due, incorrect or misdirected entries, mail or communications, or errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and judges not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Sweepstakes, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and the winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received prior to such time. 7. CAUTION. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
